Cisco Duo

Hello, I am trying to configure PDQ Deploy to push out Cisco Duo .msi installer, but I am not getting anywhere. Does Deploy support Duo? I've tried various ways including using the supplied commands in the link below and without the commands but Duo is not getting installed. I've searched the community and Googled but there was only one post about Duo. Please advise. Thanks.

  • Can you share a redacted screenshot of what you have so far?

  • This is the command I used per Duo's website:

    msiexec.exe /i DuoWindowsLogon64.msi IKEY="Integration Key" SKEY="Secret Key" HOST="API Hostname" AUTOPUSH="#1" FAILOPEN="#1" SMARTCARD="#1" RDPONLY="#0" /qn

  • I've also added a New Step --> Command and copied/paste the exact string from Duo's site and that didn't work as well. I've also tried installing the .exe file and that didn't work to. I've also changed the "Install File" from a shared drive to the local machine and that didn't work to.

  • What happens if you try to install it manually in a command prompt (with your parameters)? Sometimes it's easier to troubleshoot outside of Deploy.

  • We don't fail open, but we've been pushing out with this:

    /S /V" /qn IKEY="XXXXXX" SKEY="XXXXX" HOST="XXXXXX" AUTOPUSH="#1" FAILOPEN="#0" ENABLEOFFLINE="#1" RDPONLY="#0""
