Cloud managed desktop support?

Currently we are 100% on-prem, persistent Citrix MCS virtual machines (Nutanix on -prem) and managed great w/ PDQ.   There are some discussions about looking at possibly migrating to utilizing a Nutanix cloud setup (i believe hosted in Azure).    I'd hate to loose our PDQ management capabilities so I wanted to see if you supported these cloud managed desktops in any way.  Obviously deploying larger things would be more difficult since the repo would not be on the same network as the desktops (or further away at least)
