Create Dynamic Collection for Certain Desktop Icon

Trying to create a dynamic collection.

I want to find Computers that have a certain desktop shortcut located in a specific folder on C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\XXX.url

When I delete this shortcut, the computer will fall out of the collection.
