CLI improvement idea

Right now, I am using the CLI, as driven by a FogProject snapin after imaging to kick off a deployment to install additional software. 

That is working fine triggering the deployment.  

What is happening is several jobs kick off delaying the execution that are hearbeat triggered.

I am looking for a way to cancel/abort all pending deployments from the CLI for a specific machine, before I trigger the desired deployment, or cause a heartbeat + delay trigger so that the heartbeat deployments start say 30 seconds after the heartbeat actually triggers it.
