Feature Request: Collection name coloring (conditional)

Hello,

I would like to see a feature where I could color the name/label of a collection based on conditions/criteria.

For example, lets say I have a dynamic collection containing computers which have the local admin account enabled. I want these to pop out at me, so I would have a condition where 

if number of computers in collection > 0, then color collection label = red

There could be lots of different uses to this. Perhaps a collection containing computers that need to receive a particular update. Color green when > 99%, color amber when > 50%, color red when < 50%.
