Run as non-administrator?

I'm having an issue trying to launch an application (OneDrive) and seems like if hits an issue no matter how i try via PDQ since i believe PDQ always defaults to running tasks as an administrator which appears to not play nice with OneDrive as it tries to launch and errors out saying it needs to be run not as administrator.   any ideas?
