Can't find a package in the Repository

I'm trying to push KB4577586 (uninstall embedded Flash player) and I'm getting a WEIRD issue.

I've got the .msu file in place for the 20H2 version of the patch, and no matter what I do, I keep getting the error in red that it can't find the file when I'm building the deploy package.

I can browse to it using the ... button in the package editor. I double-click to select it and get the error. I even navigated to it using File Explorer, right-clicked it and selected "Copy as path" and pasted it in the package. It still says it can't find it.

Any thoughts?

Try restarting either the background service or the computer that's running Deploy.
