Installing software from another domain-share

Hello everyone,

we're using PDQ Deploy in one domain, but now want to add a second domain to it. The software files for this new domain are positioned on the file-server inside this new domain. I can open the path to the files over the explorer with the right credentials, and I can also open the file path over PDQ-Deploy when choosing the file to install from. But whenever I do that, it shows me the red error message, that the server can't find the file.

We are using PDQ Deploy in "normal" mode, not central. Is that the issue maybe?

I believe the Background Service User needs to have access to the share.
