PDQ Inventory Struggling to find and connect to new computers

I've had PDQ for about 3 years now and the software is great. The issue i'm running into is that I've had it on my workstation without any real issue for that time. I just had a new guy start a loaded PDQ onto his workstation and now it struggles to reliably connect to any new computers that get on the domain and I'm not sure why. I'm sure it has something to do with the add program, but I'm not sure of a fix.

Make sure you're on 19.3.254.0. It fixes an issue that the January Windows patches caused. https://www.pdq.com/blog/initializing-issue-discovered-in-pdq-deploy-and-inventory/
