PDQ Error
We have a process of pushing packages to newly imaged laptops. Every laptop starting today 2/7, each machine is timing out after an hour. On some machines, it comes back to error "Failed to connect to the security manager" which I have never seen before. I am able to ping the machines from the server side, but when trying to deploy packages to said machines, it gets stuck at 'Reconnecting' until it eventually times out after an hour. Any tips help. Thanks!

New computer deployment issues are usually related to DNS from my experience. See if the IP for that machine matches the IP your PDQ server thinks the machine has. Also try flushing your DNS on the PDQ server.

This resolved my issue. Needed to update PDQ to fix bug caused by patches installed on server.
