Setting Military Time (24 hour Clock) On a subset of computers?

Hey all, I have been trying to find an answer for this question and the best answer i can find is thru GPO. I really want to just do this thru PDQ. anybody have a way to do this? I am thinking of export of the registry key and pushing thru PDQ as the best way, but am open to other ideas.
