Using PDQ Inventory In Deploy

What needs to be configured in PDQ Deploy to allow packages to be deployed to a list of computers\groups in PDQ Inventory.  The current options available for package deployment is Active Directory, but the PDQ Inventory option is greyed out.  I have already synced my AD inventory with PDQ Inventory.
