Issue starting Inventory

I can run PDQ Inventory directly from the server it's installed on while RDP'ed into it. My co-worker tries to run it from the server and gets the setup wizard. He CAN successfully run Deploy on the server.

Any ideas how I can get him back into Inventory? Should I step through the wizard, or will something odd happen?

    Have you added your co-worker to Console Users in Inventory?

    Yes, he's used the console frequently on the system.

    He's not in the office today, but I will check with him tomorrow to see if he's still having the problem.
