I can't deploy from a collection

Hi,
I’m asking for your help because I’m encountering an issue that i cannot solve.
I would like to deploy a package in 2 steps (powershell first, and then .exe) based on a collection from pdq Inventory. 

The problem is: everytime I tried to do so, I’m getting the message "Network error unexcepted".
But If I try to deploy the same package i made but manually adding the target, it's working.
And I am using exactly the same settings in both case! I mean creentials, Run as, etc...

For exemple, 
I choose a target who returned me the error i told you, deploying only on this one and it's working.

    We do this all the time, but I don't remember if we had to do anything special to make it work.

    • Are PDQ Inventory and Deploy being hosted on same computer?
    • Are you running on a Free or Paid license? I'm not sure if its a feature restriction.
    • How are you deploying to the computer directly where it's working? Are you still choosing through PDQ Inventory but filtering by computer instead or are you going through Active Directory or another method?
    • Is the IP for the Computer in Inventory correct?
    • Does inventory fail when deploying to all collections or just this one?

      Yes

      I used Active Directory to select targets. I don't try other method yet.
    • Is the IP for the Computer in Inventory correct?
      Yes
    • Does inventory fail when deploying to all collections or just this one?
      It's the first time i used deploy from a collection. I'm gonna try with another.

    Try another collection and try deploying to a computer by selecting PDQ Inventory instead of Active directory. If that doesn't work, I'd open a ticket https://help.pdq.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or email support@PDQ.com and give them your logs and an export of that package.
