PDQ will not scan my Amazon Workspaces

I deployed PDQ Inventory and Deploy on a dedicated EC2 server instance in our AWS environment. It scanned all of our servers in the AWS environment and all of our on-prem office servers and computers in our 13 offices that were connected to the domain. It did not scan any of the Amazon Workspaces in the same AWS environment as the PDW server. It identified them but didnt scan any of them. Is there something on the workspace firewall that has to be opened up to allow the scan?

I appreciate your quick reply but that didnt get me in unfortunately. Checked all the ports and firewall settings. The More Info says: The network path was not found

Also the Type line in Details says: AdminArsenal.Runner.PathNotFoundException
Any update on this?
