deploy Ideashare problem

Hi Gents,

We have a licensed PDQ deploy and inventory, and all things working normally, all App's pushed to the end user's machine perfectly,

Today I'm facing an issue with App from Huawei (Idea share.exe) it's deployed successfully but nothing is installed on the client machine

Does anyone have any idea about this issue?

I don't know about this specific application, but things I would check are;

1) Is it a user based installation? Has the application installed for the deploy user, rather than the logged on user?

2) check the installation logs, look to see where the files were installed. Then manually check those locations. Are they there? Are they where you expect them to be? can they be run?
