Deploying a macro to the quick access toolbar in Word
Hello there,
Had a quick question regarding an application/macro we need to utilize from a SAAS prov. They have a MS Word macro that essentially saves documents to their platform.
The installer (msi) I can push/pull with ease. However for our purposes we like to add the macro into the quick access toolbar in our office applications (Specifically Word).
Does anyone know of a way to automate this sort of thing with PDQ? I'd like to try and avoid manually doing this for over 100 users.

I don't have much experience with customizing the Quick Access toolbar and am not sure how supported that is. There is some documentation here, which covers exporting a customized Quick Access Toolbar, but the import process doesn't seem to be silent.
The way that I've seen this type of situation handled in the past is by user education. Show them how to either customize the toolbar themselves, or how to import a customized Quick Access Toolbar.
