Contact support, might be a database issue.
The mistake The process came to an end. By updating through the built-in methods, such as from the link in the Status Bar (found at the bottom of the program) or by going to Help > Check for Update, unexpected events can be avoided. If you are more than one major version behind, this will slowly update you to the next major version and find the next major version update that is available.
