Problem with server2022

Hi guys! I”ve tried setting timeout to 120 and 180 seconds. But 2 servers with same os still give WMI is unable to return data in a timely manner OS - Microsoft Windows Server 2022 Standard Weird - WMI is consistent. Also check for files or other info shows no data in pdq inventory Scan - applications - no such table Applications.

  • Update - support answered. It turned out to be a permission problem. Weird I am domain administrator .

    The resolution is to set scan profile - SCAN AS - LOCAL SYSTEM

  • Do you have any crashlogs in C:\Windows\AdminArsenal\PDQInventory-Scanner on this target after a scan? If so, does it contain an error similar to "Could not load type 'System.ValueTuple`2'"?
