Adding Microsoft PowerBI Desktop client to PDQ Package Library

I would like to request adding the Microsoft PowerBI Desktop client to the PDQ Package Library. The application offers simple commands to perform a silent install and silent uninstall as well as simple registry key detection.

Silent Install: PBIDesktopSetup_x64.exe -quiet ACCEPT_EULA=1

Silent Uninstall: PBIDesktopSetup_x64.exe -uninstall

Detection from Registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{b0feaab0-7ef7-44cb-b6b1-dc09c78ed49d}

Key name: DisplayVersion

Key value: Typically matches the version number exactly.
