Package Request: Shotcut

Please consider adding Shotcut to the package library. Shotcut is a free, open source, cross-platform video editor for Windows, Mac and Linux. Adding it tot he package library will help me keep the deployments I have up to date.

    Thanks for the suggestion Chad. We're looking to add something like this down the road. We've also had some requests for OpenShot, which seems very similar to Shotcut. Thanks for the input!
