I'm not aware of a PowerShell command to query a control panel item. What do you mean by "devices by container" and is there something in the output of Get-PnPDevice that isn't helpful or expected?
What is the core problem/question that you are hoping to solve/answer with this report? There may be another way to accomplish what you are trying to do other than querying the control panel item. Depending on what you are trying to do Get-PnPDevice, querying the registry, get-ciminstance, or some other command may be needed to return what you are looking for.
