    I have been looking around and I am trying to uninstall Adobe Reader 10.1.4 which is just a patch upgrade.  Could that be the problem?

    Still not having any luck.  Do I use this command in the parameters?   MsiExec.exe /qn /norestart /x {AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AA1000000001}

    Can't seem to figure out how to uninstall adobe reader x.  It was installed with .exe.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks
