Your problem is less likely to be a PDQ issue and more a DNS issue. Have a read of the following:http://support.adminarsenal.com/hc/en-us/articles/220509007-A-Healthy-DNS-is-important-for-PDQ-Deploy

Is the wireless network on a separate subnet?

Run the Application count report, then edit it to add a value filter of "Application publisher contains Microsoft" They're typically interested in overall counts, rather than what's on each machine.
