Overview: Whether you're new to PDQ or you've been with us for years, this article covers how to generate a variety of quotes for your Deploy & Inventory subscription.
New PDQ Customers:
Generate a Quote for a New Deploy & Inventory Subscription
- Log into your PDQ Account - you can visit this page to create an account or log in if you've already set one up: https://www.pdq.com/trial/deploy-inventory/
- On the 'Dashboard' page, select 'Buy Now' under PDQ Deploy & Inventory
- Enter the number of administrators on your team that will need a license
- Enter the email address you'd like the quote sent to
Note – Only one email address can be used at this time. To send the quote to multiple email addresses, you can enter each one individually, or forward the quote. - Click on 'Email this quote' - a quote will then be generated and sent to you immediately
Current PDQ Customers:
Create a Renewal Quote
- Log into your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/
- On the 'Dashboard' page, select 'Manage Subscription' under PDQ Deploy & Inventory
- Select 'Renew Early'
Note - If your subscription's auto-renewal is turned off, this option will be unavailable. You can temporarily enable auto-renew to generate a quote. This can be disabled immediately afterwards, please see our article: Managing Auto Renewals – PDQ Deploy & Inventory Help Center - Select 'Email Quote' and enter the email address you'd like the quote sent to

Create a Quote to Add More Licenses to Your PDQ Subscription:
- Log into your PDQ Account at http://portal.pdq.com/
- On the 'Dashboard' page, select 'Manage Subscription’
- Select ‘Add more licenses’
- Enter the number of new licenses needed. The cost of the additional license(s) will be pro-rated so that it co-terms with your existing license(s).
- Select ‘Email Quote’ and enter the email address you'd like the quote sent to
Note – Only one email address can be entered at a time in this field. To send the quote to multiple email addresses, you can enter each one individually, or forward the quote. - Click 'Email this quote'
