Overview: This article will guide you through renewing your Deploy & Inventory subscription.
Renew with a credit card or a US bank account.
- Log into your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/
- On the ‘Dashboard’ page, select 'Manage Subscription’
- Select ‘Renew Early’
Note - If your subscription's auto-renewal is turned off, this option will be unavailable. You can temporarily enable auto-renew to renew your subscription. This can be disabled immediately afterwards, please see our article: Managing Auto Renewals – PDQ Deploy & Inventory Help Center - Select ‘Pay Now’
New license keys will immediately be sent to the technical contacts on your account. Take care to enter the new keys into Deploy & Inventory, and you’re all set!
Make a One-Time Credit Card Payment:
If you are unable to save a credit card to your account but would still like to pay with a credit card:
Via Invoice: PDQ Invoices include a secure payment link to make a one-time payment for your renewal, you will just need to confirm your renewal order with us.
Via Quote: follow the steps under 'Renew with a Different Payment Method' to generate your renewal quote.
Renew with a Different Payment Method:
You can also renew your subscription with a Purchase Order (PO), EFT / Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Check. Follow these steps to create a renewal quote & receive an invoice for your subscription renewal:
- Log in to your PDQ account at http://portal.pdq.com/
- On the ‘Dashboard’ page, select ‘Manage Subscription’
- Select ‘Renew Early’
Note - If your subscription's auto-renewal is turned off, this option will be unavailable. You can temporarily enable auto-renew to renew your subscription. This can be disabled immediately afterwards, please see our article: Managing Auto Renewals - Select ‘Email Quote’ and enter your email address you want it to go to. Click 'Email quote' and this will be sent to you immediately.
- To confirm your order, please click here to submit a ticket.
- With your written approval, we can process your order and send an invoice based on the quote. A credit card link will be included with your invoice.
- Purchase Orders can be submitted via this form, and should reference your quote number.
- If your subscription is already set to auto-renew, your card or linked bank account will be charged and your licenses updated on your existing renewal date. If no payment method is saved to your account, an invoice will be generated and sent to you instead.
