Possible Causes
This installer will not install over another version of the application, which is probably a later version of what is being installed.
This can also occur when using an uninstaller that is for a lower/previous version than the version currently installed.
Recommended Fix
Uninstall the application from the target computer before installing the new one or ensure that the uninstaller is at the same or higher version than what is installed.
