Description
Microsoft Installer is in the middle of another installation.
Possible Causes
A previous installation is either still running or the computer needs to be rebooted to complete a previous installation.
Recommended Fix
Wait for the other installer to finish or reboot the target computer to flush out the previous install. If this is being experienced while using Nested Packages, it may be wise to add a "Sleep" step within the package to provide some buffer between the installations.
