This can be caused by a problem with the spooler service (e.g. disabling the Print Spooler Service will cause this to eventually occur in reports in Deploy and Auto Reports in Inventory). Verify that the spooler service is running. The PDQ service(s) may need to be restarted if the spooler service was not running previously. This error may also indicate either a bug in the application or a corrupt installation. Submit the error to PDQ support. In the More Info window expand More Actions and click the Submit this issue to PDQ Support link.
