As a company that offers cloud-based device management, PDQ takes your account security seriously. We encourage organizations to add multiple administrators to their organizations and we offer self-service options for resetting multi-factor authentication (MFA), because these are the most secure methods for you to regain account access.
Please see the following articles for self-service options to transfer account ownership or reset your login:

How to Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
We know how disruptive and upsetting it can be to lose access to a product you're paying for. Keep in mind that all companies are vulnerable to social engineering attacks. If someone contacts PDQ to try to gain access to your account, we want to ensure that this person is not an impostor or threat actor, but rather someone who has rightful access to your account.
If you are unable to regain access to your account using the methods above, please see this article, which describes the process and validation procedures: Account and Business Verification in PDQ (MFA Resets and PDQ Connect Trials)
Please note, users can be a part of multiple organizations, each of which may contain one or more PDQ product subscriptions.
