Purpose:
You receive an error (or similar), "WMI invalid namespace," "Invalid Namespace," or "WMI Error Code: InvalidNamespace" when attempting to scan a target using PDQ Inventory. Additionally, the error will contain the following string: AdminArsenal.WmiInvalidNamespaceException.
Resolution:
This error usually indicates an issue with the WMI Repository on the target machine. For diagnostic and troubleshooting help with this error, please see the WMI Diagnostics KB.
If the WMI Diagnostics KB does not resolve the issue, please contact PDQ.com's Solutions team at support@pdq.com.
