Change your individual user display name
Your display name can appear in a variety of locations across PDQ platforms. The user who first signed up for the account will be prompted to enter a First name and Last name, but other users will have these fields blank by default.
Any user (regardless of role or permissions level) can add or update their display name by logging into the billing portal and navigating to their Profile (https://auth2.pdq.com/profile), filling in the name fields, and clicking Save Changes.
Change your organization display name
These steps are only available to Owner or Admin roles on the account: Team Roles and Permissions
This setting can be configured by logging into the billing portal and navigating to the Accounts & Security page:

In the Account Details section, you can change your Account name by updating it in the text box, and then clicking the Save changes button.
