Having Trouble Replacing The PowerShell With CMD

Hello there, Recently I am encountering a serious problem while replacing the PowerShell in Contest menu. I generally replaced the Command prompt into PowerShell with the help of this article. However, I am now unable to replace it in any way. Could you please help me to resolve the issue? I've been completely perplexed about the problem since last night.
